Congratulations!
You just bought your first My Italian Decor product, now what?
Murano glass, whether it is blown or lamp-worked, solid or hollow, will need to be periodically cleaned to keep it’s reflective, shiny quality.
Once a month or as needed, use a microfiber with warm water and if necessary, a neutral soap can be used. Always make sure to wash or dust items separately, as cleaning two or more products together can cause them to scratch or damage each other.
Murano Glass Drinking Glasses and Tumblers are dishwasher safe; however, if it has gold or silver leaf, it should always be washed by hand.
Our hand-painted Venetian glassware requires a bit more care, since the paint is applied after the piece is finished by a process called enameling.
Wash by hand and individually with warm water, neutral soap, and a soft sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges, and water that is too hot.
Hand-painted Venetian glass is not dishwasher or microwave safe.
Jewelry should be stored in a dry jewelry box to protect against oxidizing and be cleaned with a dry lint free cloth or a microfiber cloth.
Depending on the use of the jewelry, take to a jeweler for deep cleaning once or twice a year.
Purchasing a high-quality Italian Leather bag is an investment worth protecting. Treat it right, and this timeless, versatile piece will last a lifetime.
