First, I am so happy with the two wine stoppers that were sent to me. They are beautiful and look great in my bar. More importantly, there was a problem with my order when it arrived. I called the number on the receipt and talked to a helpful and nice woman who assured me my issue would be resolved. A few days later I had confirmation that my order was corrected. Great customer service!!
