What is your Shipping Policy?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $50, shipped within the U.S.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground depending on rates and schedules.
Do you ship International Orders?
Yes! We do provide shipping outside of the U.S.
Shipping costs and options will be displayed in your cart after adding your shipping address.
Expect 6 - 12 business days after your order is shipped.
How soon will my order ship?
We are a small team who pride ourselves on getting orders packaged up nicely and out the door as quickly as possible.
We aim to process orders with 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ciao@myitaliandecor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
