Was mainly disappointed because I didn’t get the colors I requested: yellow and blue

Was mainly disappointed because I didn’t get the colors I requested: yellow and blue. Instead I received aqua and orange - which do not go with my color scheme. This was after waiting extra time because my original box was lost by UPS. Also, these glasses are very small. More like cordial glasses.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry the order wasn't what you were hoping for. Having your first box lost by UPS and then waiting longer for the replacement is frustrating, and we appreciate your patience.

On the colors, we try our best to accomodate stem color requests but we don't always have every color in stock. The Twizzler glasses are currently marked down at 50% off and having been moving fast.

Finally, I'm sorry to hear that the size didn't match what you pictured. It is sometimes difficult to picture what a glass will look like when you are holding it in your hand. We strive to be accurate in our measurements of all of our products.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate it.
